Borrowing remains expensive. Interest rates are dropping but not far or fast enough for younger folks who locked in rates four years ago at all-time lows and who are renewing at rates 150% higher. Inventory is at a 30 year high. What does it mean to those who want to downsize or who have adult children looking to buy?
