Summer Strength: Keep Muscles Strong All Season Long - with AIM Fitness

Staying active during the summer months helps maintain strength, energy, and independence. Join Meg Stickl, Older Adults Fitness Specialist and Founder of AIM Fitness, for a fun and engaging strength workout designed specifically for older adults. 

Meg will lead you through exercises that target the arms, legs, and core while helping you maintain muscle strength and endurance. 

You will need your running shoes, dumbbell weights, and a chair for this energizing full-body workout. 

Participate in exercises at your own risk.

The content will be presented in English, however bilingual participation is encouraged. La présentation se fera en anglais, mais la participation dans les deux langues officielles est encouragée.
