Join Meg Stickl, Older Adults Fitness Specialist, from AIM Fitness, for some fitness, nutrition, and mindset tips to stay active during the busy holiday season! Whether you have parties and dinners to attend, or you are laying low this year, but can’t find the motivation or drive to exercise and eat well, Meg will share simple ways to feel your best this December! All it takes is 15 minutes a day to make a difference!
Bring your journal and pen to jot down some notes, and wear your workout clothing and running shoes for an Express Strength Workout with movements you can do right at home! You will need your dumbbell weights and a chair.
Participate in exercises at your own risk.
The content will be presented in English, however bilingual participation is encouraged. La présentation se fera en anglais, mais la participation dans les deux langues officielles est encouragée.
