How to Build Healthy Habits that Last - with AIM Fitness

Do you start strong with an exercise program, then eventually lose interest? Could you benefit from better balance or improved strength, but you find you aren’t motivated to exercise?

Meg Stickl-Kroeker, Certified Personal Trainer and the owner of AIM Fitness, will share helpful information in her presentation about how you can build healthy habits that last. There are proven techniques that you can use to stay committed and motivated!

Following this, Meg will lead you through a full body workout. No equipment is required. Join the webinar to learn about creating new habits this summer!

Participate in exercises at your own risk.

The content will be presented in English, however bilingual participation is encouraged. La présentation se fera en anglais, mais la participation dans les deux langues officielles est encouragée.
