Join Meg Stickl-Kroeker for a heart-pumping moderate to advanced 45-minute fitness class focused on strengthening your body, working your heart, and toning your core. This class will help keep you strong for your outdoor activities and upcoming trips.
Meg will lead you through cardio exercises, core strengthening movements, and full body strength exercises using weights.
All levels are welcome. Equipment required: Light dumbbell weights or soup cans.
Participate in exercises at your own risk.
