Get travel ready! - with AIM Fitness

Do you have an upcoming trip this year? We all love to travel, but do you have the strength and stamina that you need for your upcoming vacation? Whether you will be sightseeing, hiking, or cruising all of this requires strength and mobility, so you can enjoy your trip to the fullest!

Once you are away exploring the world, it’s important to continue to exercise and stretch, since you are moving more than usual! Unfortunately, traveling can put a pause on your workouts unless you plan ahead! There are so many simple exercises you can do on a plane, in a car, or in a hotel room. All it takes is some preparation ahead of time!

Join this upcoming session with Meg Stickl-Kroeker, Older Adults’ Fitness Expert from AIM Fitness, for essential exercises to do as you prepare for your trip, and simple stretches to do while traveling!

Participate in exercises at your own risk.

The content will be presented in English, however bilingual participation is encouraged. La présentation se fera en anglais, mais la participation dans les deux langues officielles est encouragée.
