Stronger Every Step: Foot, Knee & Hip Health for Pain-Free Living - with AIM Fitness

Join Meg from AIM Fitness for a focused strengthening and mobility session designed to support healthy ankles, knees, and hips. During this interactive webinar, you’ll learn simple exercises to improve stability, reduce discomfort, and keep your lower body strong for everyday activities like walking, climbing stairs, and staying active.

Special Guest Speaker:
Etienne Asselin, Founder of The Exercise Mechanic and Certified Personal Trainer, will share practical insights on rehabilitation, living with less pain, and steps you can take to improve your mobility as you age.

Come ready to learn and move your body as we combine expert education with gentle, effective exercises you can continue doing at home.
