Join us for a morning dedicated to health, wellness, and connection on Thursday, October 16th, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the RA Centre, Clarks Hall, 2451 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.

Our partners will be providing a range of engaging experiences, including video otoscopy, blood pressure checks, balance and fall-prevention activities, guided tours of retirement communities, free consultations and samples, practical resources for aging in place, and more. FREE PARKING.
