Do you enjoy spending time in the garden during the spring and summer months? Join Meg Stickl, Older Adults Fitness Expert and Founder of AIM Fitness, for a workout designed to prepare your body for gardening activities.
Meg will demonstrate exercises that help strengthen your legs, back, and shoulders while also improving flexibility. These movements can help reduce strain when bending, lifting, reaching, and kneeling in the garden.
You will need your running shoes, dumbbell weights, a resistance band, and a chair for this full-body workout.
Participate in exercises at your own risk.
The content will be presented in English, however bilingual participation is encouraged. La présentation se fera en anglais, mais la participation dans les deux langues officielles est encouragée.
