How to set SMART Fitness Goals This Fall - with AIM Fitness
Join Meg Stickl-Kroeker, Certified Personal Trainer and the owner of AIM Fitness. for an informative and active session where she will share about SMART goals and how you can improve your health by making a plan and getting specific.
The second half of the presentation will be a Strength and Cardio Workout, so come ready to move wearing your running shoes and workout clothes! You will need a notebook and pen to take notes, and weights or canned goods for the exercise session.
