Are you planning an upcoming trip this summer? Are you going away to visit family, trekking around the globe, or heading off to a cottage? Michelle Bourdeau, Older Adults Fitness Specialist and Head Trainer from AIM Fitness wants to help prepare you for your upcoming travels! We know that long trips in the car or by plane can lead to stiffness, cramps and sore muscles. Michelle will lead you through a workout that can be done seated when you are on the road, or when you have arrived at your destination!

You will need a chair and your resistance band for the workout! Participate at your own risks.
