Gratitude In Motion: Cultivating a Thankful Mindset through Fitness! - with AIM Fitness

As Thanksgiving approaches, join us for a mindful movements workout that encourages us to pause and appreciate our health, mobility, and strength. Let’s take a moment to thank our bodies for all they do for us each day!

In this session led by Michelle Bourdeau, Older Adults Fitness Specialist and Head Trainer at AIM Fitness, you won’t need any equipment—just yourself! We’ll focus on balance and gentle exercises to help you prepare for the holiday season with a sense of calm and gratitude.

Participate in exercises at your own risk.
