Join Meg Stickl-Kroeker for an informative and active session where she will share the top 3 reasons why people have a hard time getting into a fitness routine, and what to do about it. Some of these reasons include: Not having enough time and not knowing what exercises are safe to do.
Meg will be sharing habit stacking tips, ways to fit a quick workout into your day when you don’t seem to have the time, and specific tips for people with a bad back, knee and hip replacements, and those with Osteoporosis.
The second half of the presentation will be a Stretch and Strength Workout, so come ready to move wearing your running shoes and workout clothes!
The content will be presented in English, however bilingual participation is encouraged. La présentation se fera en anglais, mais la participation dans les deux langues officielles est encouragée.
