As our bodies change with age, so do our feet. Foot conditions can be more common in older adults, but not all foot ailments are considered a normal part of aging. Living with a foot condition can also make it difficult to go on with our daily lives, as our feet are our body’s foundation.
Join Sarab Dormani, Registered Nurse and Foot Care Specialist, and Dr. Christine Rad, Chiropractor and Orthotic Dispenser, from Natural Sole Wellness Centre as they explore the aging foot, discuss myths vs. facts, and provide coping strategies on how to stay strong and healthy on your feet. Join our experts for an exciting presentation on healthy aging!
The content will be presented in English, however bilingual participation is encouraged. La présentation se fera en anglais, mais la participation dans les deux langues officielles est encouragée.
