Stay Active in the Summer! Fitness Webinar with Meg Stickl-Kroeker, AIM Fitness
Let’s get moving with an active webinar on Thursday, August 11th at 10:00am! Meg Stickl-Kroeker, Older Adults’ Fitness Specialist from AIM Fitness, will be leading a fun and challenging workout, called “Simple Circuits-A Full Body Workout for Adults 50+”.
Circuit training is a form of fitness training that involves rotating through a set number of exercises with little rest in between. It includes all major muscle groups for a quick, yet highly effective, full-body workout.
Wear your workout gear, have your water bottle, and weights (or cans) close by!
Participate in the exercises at your own risk.
The content will be presented in English, however bilingual participation is encouraged. La présentation se fera en anglais, mais la participation dans les deux langues officielles est encouragée.
