Keep active and motivated during the holidays – with AIM Fitness
December can be a busy month for many of us, as we prepare for the holidays. Often we neglect our workouts and our health, as we prioritize other things. Join Meg Stickl-Kroeker of AIM Fitness for a motivating session where she will share 5 ways to stay active with shorter workouts during your busy days. Meg will give some practical tips and advice.
Following this, Meg will lead you through a short 20-minute workout which will focus on building strength and reducing stress!
Wear your workout clothing and have your weights ready to go! All fitness levels are welcome!
