Help your Back and Posture – Fitness Class with AIM Fitness
Do you suffer from back pain? When you look at yourself in the mirror, do you notice that your shoulders are rounded?
Join Meg Stickl-Kroeker for an exercise class focused on improving your posture and strengthening your back. Meg works with individuals with Osteoporosis, spinal stenosis, and chronic back pain. There are great exercises that can help your condition, but moving the wrong way can lead to injury or can make a condition worse. Whether you have back pain, or you just want to see your posture improve, everyone will benefit from this active exercise workshop!
Participate in the exercises at your own risk.
