Join Meg Stickl-Kroeker of AIM Fitness for a fall prevention session to help improve your balance, leg strength and to help prevent falls. Meg will be sharing helpful information about fall prevention, then she will lead you in a workout focused on strength and balance.
Wear your workout clothing and have your weights (or cans) ready!
