Meg is Heart Wise Exercise Certified and Bonefit Trained, and she will give you options so you can exercise comfortably at your own pace. Join us for this active 45-minute class and learn some new functional exercises that will help you get in shape for your spring hobbies!
Equipment needed: Light dumbbell weights and a resistance band.
